Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG Extra Dry

The first-born of Garbara. Glera from the Cartizze hills — 107 hectares at the highest, steepest point of Valdobbiadene, where marine sediments from five million years ago still breathe in the soil. Extra Dry, with a weight that comes not from sugar but from fruit concentration at 330 metres.

Nose: Ripe pear, acacia honey, white peach.
Palate: Silky texture, ripe apple, almond blossom.
Finish: Long, mineral, with a fine sweetness.
