Souvignier Gris

The only still wine in the portfolio — and the only one that points to the future. A PIWI variety: naturally resistant to fungal disease, no spraying required. Grown without chemicals, vinified without interference. A still white with character — calm, confident, clean.

Nose: Ripe pear, melon, herbs.
Palate: Round, juicy, yellow fruit, mineral close.
Finish: Clean, balanced, with a long trail.
